  • The New Fitness Formula for Women Over 50: It's Not What You Think

I used to think getting in shape meant pushing harder.

Harder workouts. More intensity. Sweat more. Do more. Don't stop.

But after knee surgery… I didn't have that option anymore.

And honestly? It forced me to ask a better question:

"How long can I support my body?" Instead of… "How hard can I push it?"

    That one shift changed everything.

In this week's Do It My Way episode, I'm sharing what I'm calling:

"The New Fitness Formula for Women Over 50: Walk, Stretch, Strength."

    This isn't about doing less.

It's about finally doing what actually works for this season of life.

Here's a preview of what I'm breaking down:

Why walking isn't "just exercise"—it's therapy It's the most underrated anti-aging tool we ignore because it feels too simple. Some of my best days start with a walk—talking to my daughter, calling my mom, or just letting my mind wander. I always come back clearer, calmer, and ready.

Why stretching matters more than your workouts Most women don't have a fitness problem—they have a mobility problem. And you don't lose strength first… you lose range of motion first.

Why strength training isn't about looking fit anymore It's about staying capable. My workouts look completely different now, but I feel better than I have in years, and I'm no longer hurting.

Why sleep is your most important "workout" If you're not sleeping well, you're not actually getting stronger—you're just exhausting yourself.

And the biggest shift of all… Learning to listen to your body instead of overriding it.

Because at this stage: Discipline isn't pushing harder—it's knowing when not to.

This episode is personal. It's a reset. And for a lot of women, I think it's going to feel like permission.

Permission to stop punishing your body… And start supporting the life you actually want to live.

  • AI Isn't Replacing You, But It Is Exposing You

I want to start this week's conversation with something that might feel a little uncomfortable, but important.

We're hearing a lot of noise right now about AI replacing jobs, replacing creativity, replacing businesses.

But that's not actually what I'm seeing.

    AI isn't replacing people.

    It's exposing them.

It's exposing who has systems…and who is still operating manually.

It's exposing who has clarity…and who is just staying busy.

It's exposing which businesses are built to scale…and which ones are held together by the owner's exhaustion.

In this week's episode of Do It My Way, I'm diving into a conversation I think every entrepreneur, especially female CEOs, needs to hear right now:

"AI Isn't Replacing You, But It Is Exposing You."

Here's what we're really talking about:

    • Why some business owners are quietly doubling their output while working less

    • Why others feel like they're working harder than ever but not moving forward

    • How AI is reshaping marketing, leadership, hiring, and decision-making

    • And the real shift happening beneath all of it: leverage vs. effort

    This isn't a tech conversation.

    It's a leadership conversation.

And maybe more than anything, it's an honesty conversation.

Because AI isn't creating new pressure.

It's revealing the pressure that was already there.

If you've been feeling like things are moving faster than you can keep up with or like your business requires more of you than it should...

    This episode is for you.

I'll walk you through what's actually changing, what I am doing differently using AI, and how to step into this next season without feeling behind or overwhelmed.

  • One Question Saved Me $45,000

Last week, I was told I owed $45,000 in taxes.

And I was ready to pay it.

No questions. No pushback. Just, "Okay… let's handle it."

    But something didn't feel right.

So I paused. I asked one more question. I got a second opinion.

    And what I found?

    It was wrong.

I was taxed on something that isn't even taxable, which inflated the number by tens of thousands of dollars.

    That moment got me thinking…

How often do we move forward just because someone with a title told us to? Even when something in us is quietly saying, this doesn't add up…

In this week's episode, I'm sharing:

    • The $45K mistake I almost made

    • Why trusting "experts" without questioning can cost you

    • How to recognize when something is off

    • And a simple framework to protect yourself in business and life

Because trusting your gut isn't reckless… it's responsible.

You might not save $45,000 today… but this could save you from your next big mistake.

  • New Space, New Energy, New Results

Have you ever felt like you're doing everything right… but still not moving forward?

Same effort. Same routine. Same space.

That's exactly where I was until something changed.

We recently moved into a new office, and almost overnight…everything shifted. The energy felt different. The ideas started flowing. The team showed up stronger.

It made me realize something powerful:

    Sometimes it's not you that's stuck… it's your environment.

In this week's podcast episode, I'm sharing:

    • Why your space directly impacts your creativity and momentum

    • Simple ways to reset your environment (without a full overhaul)

    • Practical tips every female entrepreneur can use to spark fresh energy

If you've been feeling a little off, a little stuck, or a little uninspired, this episode is your reset.

Listen now and create your fresh start.

Because sometimes, the breakthrough you're waiting for… starts with changing your surroundings.

  • Why I'd Take 400 Engaged People Over 40,000 Followers

    What if I told you…

A private community of just 500 women could outperform an audience of 50,000?

No ads. No funnels. No complicated tech.

Just connection and a strategy most people are completely overlooking right now.

In this episode of Do It My Way, we're pulling back the curtain on something we recently launched… and why the engagement (and opportunity) has been nothing short of insane.

    We're talking about:

    • Why micro-communities are replacing big audiences

    • How to build one that people actually care about

    • And the exact way to turn it into a revenue machine without feeling salesy

If you've been chasing more followers, more reach, more noise…

This might be the shift you didn't know you needed.

Listen now and discover why your next level isn't bigger, it's deeper.

  • The Voice in Your Head Isn't Always Right

One of the biggest lies women believe is that confident people don't struggle with self-doubt.

But I'll let you in on a little secret…

    They do.

Even after starting and selling a business… Even after writing a book… Even after launching a podcast and speaking on stages…

That voice still shows up sometimes.

    You know the one.

The voice that whispers: Am I good enough? Do I belong here? What if someone else is more qualified?

In this week's Do It My Way podcast episode, I'm talking about that voice in our head and why it isn't always telling us the truth.

    We'll talk about:

    • Why confidence is a skill you build (not something you're born with) • The lies fear tells women when they're stepping into bigger opportunities • Five ways to start building real confidence today • The simple question that can change the way you approach every opportunity

If you've ever hesitated to start something, speak up, or go after what you want because that little voice told you not to…

    This episode is for you.

Because the most confident women in the world aren't the ones who never hear the doubt.

They're the ones who don't let it make their decisions.

And the next time that voice tells you you're not ready, try asking yourself one powerful question:

    Why not me?

  • The Magic Happens Outside of Your Comfort Zone

Lately, I've found myself in a season of life where I've had to step outside my comfort zone… a lot.

Not just once or twice, but over and over again.

Some of it was exciting. Some of it was scary. And some of it felt like standing on the edge of a cliff wondering, "Am I really about to do this?"

If you're anything like me, you probably enjoy feeling capable, prepared, and in control. Our comfort zones give us that. They're familiar. Predictable. Safe.

But here's the truth I've been reminded of recently:

Every meaningful moment of growth in my life has come from doing something that made me a little uncomfortable.

    • Saying yes before I felt ready • Speaking up when it would have been easier to stay quiet • Taking a chance when I didn't know how things would turn out

Those moments stretched me. But they also shaped me.

The interesting thing about comfort zones is that they quietly convince us we're safe, when really, they're just keeping us small.

Growth, confidence, new opportunities… those things rarely show up where everything feels easy.

They show up when we're willing to try. When we're willing to risk. When we're willing to step into the unknown.

And here's something important I've learned:

You don't have to take a giant leap.

Sometimes growth starts with one small brave decision.

Maybe it's having a conversation you've been avoiding. Maybe it's trying something new. Maybe it's simply believing you're capable of more than you've allowed yourself to pursue.

Whatever it is for you, I hope you'll take the step.

Because the life you're meant to live might be waiting just outside the place that currently feels comfortable.

And if you want to hear more about this, I talk about it in the latest episode of the Do It My Way Podcast, where I share what stepping outside my comfort zone has looked like recently and the lessons it's taught me.

Give it a listen and then ask yourself one simple question:

What is one thing I can do this week that pushes me just a little outside my comfort zone?

You might be surprised by what happens next.
