State Troopers in Indiana pulled over when they spotted a driver with a flat tire. Something else they spotted was a weird-lookin' license plate. It almost looked like it was made from a paper grocery bag and crayons . . . because that's EXACTLY what it was. The 20-year-old car thief will presumably now learn how to make real license plates.
