Port St. Lucie, FL: A 56-year-old woman was arrested after throwing sliced avocado at her 72-year-old roommate. She was upset that her roomie had eaten her (other) sliced avocado. There seems to be a LOT of avocado in their house. It didn't help that the elder roommate flipped her the bird when confronted.

A 19-year-old in Florida was so upset at family dinner she threatened to stab Grandpa in the face...over tomatoes. Don't get me wrong, a teenager that wants more vegetables is refreshing, but it's a big leap from a craving to a felony.
