In Doctrine and Covenants sections 77 to 80, we find a variety of teachings and instructions. Section 77 provides a Q&A format that offers insights into the Book of Revelation, explaining symbols and events in John's vision. Section 78 discusses the importance of establishing a storehouse and the law of consecration to help the poor and build up the Church. Section 79 is a brief revelation calling Jared Carter to serve a mission, emphasizing the importance of missionary work. Finally, Section 80 instructs Stephen Burnett and Eden Smith to preach the gospel wherever they feel inspired to go, highlighting the flexibility and guidance of the Spirit in missionary efforts. These sections collectively emphasize revelation, consecration, and the spreading of the gospel.
