As a society, we seem to have lost the ability to have meaningful conversations with people we don't agree with.
And while I struggle with this sometimes too, it's something I think is super important to work on. Today, my husband Austin is back with me for another Q&A, and we're sharing our tips for how to make those difficult conversations easier.
We're also diving deep into our experiences during the healing phase of my Hashimoto's -- how it affected our sex life, my libido, and our overall relationship. I deeply appreciate everyone who's reached out to me in the past when we've touched on how this experience impacted each of us, and so we wanted to go even deeper into it in this episode.
As always, a reminder that neither Austin or myself are experts when it comes to relationships, politics, or medical advice. We're just here to share our experiences as we're navigating them ourselves, and hope they help you make the decisions that are best for you.

Sponsor: I am addicted to Organifi Gold, which is 100% organic. I mix a scoop with warm coconut milk and collagen before bed to support my blood sugar while sleeping, but also to help me wind down. It reminds me of an Ayurvedic Golden Milk, which is traditionally sipped on as a sleep tonic. Gold has lemon balm, magnesium, Reishi, which are all known to aid sleep, and it also contains warming herbs like turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and tastes so good. I look forward to this concoction every night after dinner. I also love the Organifi Red powder and add it as an antioxidant boost to my smoothie each morning. If you want to try it out, which I definitely would recommend, go to www.organifi.com/carly and use the code "Carly" for 15% off.

One thing I've been doing to support my hormone health is drinking Organifi Harmony. It's a new blend and here's why I love it. It's full of things I was taking in supplement form daily to specifically support my hormone health, things like maca, chasteberry and turmeric, and it has a chocolatey taste so feels like I'm drinking a hot chocolate. Harmony has quickly become my favorite Organifi option and as always, it's 100% organic, and from a brand I trust and love.
