If you lost power, water, and cell phone service, and all gas stations and grocery stores were closed, how long could you survive?

A snowstorm took over Texas in February and shut nearly everything down. Austin and I lost power, heat, and cell phone service for nearly an entire week and our surrounding communities had to rally together to pull through. The winter storm really made us all evaluate how we're preparing for disaster moving forward and how passionately we feel that everyone should do the same.
