Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by telling that he’s broadcasting live again for his annual trip to New York for the Talker’s Convention on the campus of Hofstra University. First, Dom leads off the Program by offering his thoughts on reports of small-time politicians already pulling their endorsement of Donald Trump after his attack on former Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. Dom tells that friend Harry Hurley, a radio host down the shore, will join at 2PM ET to defend Trump’s stance on the controversy. Then, Dom plays back clips from Trump’s town hall last night with Sean Hannity, honing in on his framing of the abortion issue, explaining why he loves the way Trump has turned the extremists into those on the Left calling for limitless abortion. Then, Dom reveals a horrific situation involving the unruly teens on the Ocean City boardwalk who allegedly spat on staff cleaning bathrooms on the boardwalk, leading to two workers quitting on site.
Then, Dom welcomes in Bill Donohue, President of the Catholic League, to hear what he plans to do to push back against a decision by the Los Angeles Dodgers to recognize and celebrate the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a group of LGBT and trans individuals dressed up to mock the Catholic faith, including acts such as pole dancing on crosses and others. Donohue expresses his disappointment in the organization but explains why an outright boycott would never work, telling a plan he’d have to cut attendance for a day in hopes to produce a cultural signifier that this kind of support for these types of groups is unacceptable. Also, Donohue updates the support the Catholic League has received for their Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom documentary, which examines the infusion of woke politics into the Disney brand.
