Then, Dom offers his thoughts on a controversy centered on the local Yuengling beer brand, telling that an online right-leaning source has reported that the brand is sponsoring a drag show. Dom takes issue with this, revealing that the local staple has long sponsored a Music Festival that they booked a drag queen show. Dom condemns the sources framing of the issue, pointing out that Yuengling is not directly sponsoring or propagating the show. Also, Dom provides an update on the Dodgers, telling that tonight is the night that the Dodgers will honor the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a group of LGBT individuals who mock religious, doing things such as pole-dancing on crosses while wearing nuns outfits. In addition, Dom discusses a push by a local school district to ban ‘To Kill a Mockingbird,’ and tells where the wind farms will try to open next and the problems that come with them.
