Sheila broke the mould in 2002, launching Women in the Boardroom as the first to form such an organisation with customised executive training programs and networking opportunities. She has created a proven program and process to get women their first second or third corporate board seat.
Her first board was the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce in the late 90s. And since then, she's been on a range of business industry and not for profit boards.
