Most everyone is guilty of procrastination, including ourselves, so we wanted to share some ideas on how we’ve been able to get ahead and take action so that we don’t get behind. It’s so easy to fall out of routine or habit when you decide one day to put it off or just not do it, but you get the energy to do something by doing that thing. It’s so much better/easier to maintain a habit/routine by putting a little effort consistently than to put a lot of effort inconsistently. Go to the gym for just 5 minutes a day instead of two hours once a week or so.
