"Dreams without goals, are just dreams and they ultimately fuel disappointment"- Denzel Washington. 

This quote reminded me that we can dream all day long but taking zero action does not open that door. In this episode I share with you the list of dreams I currently have, how I am being honest and realistic with these dreams and choosing how to align my goals to get me closer. I also really wanted to remind you that whatever you may be daydreaming about, actually is possible. Just because it can't happen now or in the next year, doesn't mean it is not achievable.

If you are continuously talking yourself out of pursuing your bigger dreams, your imposter syndrome might need to take a back seat. It is time to fall in love with the process, to fall in love with your dreams and goals again. Maybe you are not recognizing how far you have come and feel proud about the work you are doing.  Pick yourself up, let go of those negative stories you are playing in your head and take that leap. Give into that discomfort, and prove that inner critic wrong.

When you find yourself forcing things to work in your life, it starts to become frustrating because it starts to consume your energy. Life may be redirecting you to make it easier, less stressful and to remind you to start TRUSTING the timeline in your life. One thing I want you to leave this episode feeling is hopeful because I never want you to give up but I also want you to remember to be grateful. Letting go of control is surrendering to what is meant to be, keep yourself open and set yourself free from the constant "what ifs".

I have been on this journey since Sept 2022. In this episode I touch on the ups and downs I have faced while trying to be alcohol-free.
