Season Three: Breaking the Cycle
Know Your Worth
You determine the price of your life, and how you do anything is how you do everything. If you don't know what your worth is, you are letting somebody else set a price for who you are and determine what you can't and can attain in life. Go deep enough, research, and understand who you are to know the value you hold from within.
Knowing who you are and setting your worth will help you to raise your self-esteem, raise the value of yourself and start operating at your highest. You have to raise your value before the world raises theirs and be around the right people and places to be valued correctly.
Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about knowing your worth and how to set and raise your worth. You are the single most important person in your life. Your mind, body, and spirit hold power. Understand who you are, and show up as the best version of yourself.

Season Three: Breaking the Cycle
People Management
People management is not just helpful in human resource management. It can also help you in your day-to-day life. It involves the people you keep around you and the boundaries you set to define your interaction, set inventories, and evaluate relationships. Keeping the right people and cutting off the wrong people in your life protects your energy and keeps you thriving from the inside out.
You have choices, and there is no one outside your life that can control how your life goes. Only you can. Your choices determine your boundaries, relationships, careers, jobs, and money that you attract on your path. Getting clear on what you want, who you want to be, and making the right choices will help you design the life that you desire. When you take care of yourself and your desires first, everything else will fall in place. So go for it.
Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about people's management and how you can design your life to create the life you desire to attract the right people, places, and things in your life. Change starts with showing up for yourself first; the world can wait.

We are all addicts of one thing or another. For some, it can be procrastination, greed, lust, alcohol addiction, etc. Getting unstuck from such bondage may not be easy. It requires tough decisions and painful pruning of your past. The first step is awareness, and the second is acceptance. When you recognize what makes you feel stuck and how that manifest in your life, you can take steps toward changing those habits and moving forward with your goals.
Join the conversation with Gill Tietz as she shares her journey, pivotal moments, and how alcohol severely impacted her mental health. She will discuss with us that she has learned about alcohol addiction, why it’s so hard sometimes to stop drinking, why alcohol makes us so miserable, how to embrace sobriety, and how to develop the life skills you need to stay sober.
Gillian Tietz is the creator and host of the Sober Powered podcast and works as a biochemist in the Boston area. Gill struggled with alcohol for about ten years until she quit drinking in 2019. Since then, she has dedicated herself to learning about alcohol’s influence on the brain and how it can cause addiction. She used that knowledge to free herself from her shame about being unable to control her drinking. Today, she educates and empowers others to assess their relationship with alcohol.
Gill became suicidal whenever she was very drunk. She would drink, pass out, jolt awake at 2 or 3 am and force herself to lie awake for the rest of the night, hating herself and thinking very scary thoughts. Gill started most days by looking at herself in the mirror and repeating “I hate you” repeatedly until she made herself cry. Eventually, the suicidal thoughts became so strong that Gill feared she might do something about it. That’s when she made a point to change her life for good. It has been two years of alcohol-free, and the journey has been amazing. Listen to her story and the motivation you need.

Season Three: Breaking the Cycle
We can talk about being better, creating change, or doing things differently, but if we don’t put actions behind our words, we will not make any difference in our lives. Change starts with action and sticking to the process. It may be as simple as changing your mindset, believing in yourself, and doing your best, but you have to be consistent to manifest.
The biggest challenge in personal development is talking the talk and walking the walk. Sometimes this triggers imposter syndrome and the feeling that you are not doing what you said you would, which can lead to failure. Walking the walk is all about leveling up, believing in yourself, and speaking it to existence.
Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares about talking the talk and walking the walk and a structure that can help you manifest the life and the person you want to be.

The mind is the most important asset for a fulfilling and happy life. When we are kids, our minds are moulded and influenced by various life factors. But we must be aware of how it behaves to shape it in ways that make us feel more in control of our lives.
If we think of ourselves as transmitters, then it's clear that there is an energy within us that broadcasts our thoughts, feelings, and desires. The frequency we broadcast from within also creates our reality. What you can do, how you can live, and what your life looks like are determined by the frequency at which you broadcast your energy.
Join the conversation with Matt Young as he shares her journey through sports to a mindset coach, the pivotal moments, and how you can transform your mindset and unleash your true potential. Matt is a leader, innovator, and strategist, providing a platform that allows others to thrive and Unleash their True Potential. Season Three: Breaking the Cycle
Dealing with Destructive Emotions and Habits
Everything created including habits has been created twice, in the mind and real life. It’s in the mind where thoughts are born and there are no constructive or destructive thoughts. It’s the emotion that we attach to them. The passion and the desire that we put along our thought determines whether they are good or bad.
There are three types of emotions, pleasant, neutral and unpleasant emotions and when we pair them with the thought, we create live emotion. The constructive and destructive aspects of the live emotion is birthed by perceived emotions.
Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about destructive thoughts and emotions and how you can break the cycle to design a life of your own terms and accelerate your growth.

The Seven Areas of Kaizen
Many people who embark on a journey of getting sober or simply changing their life through personal development fail and return to old habits. About 85% do not make it because of boredom, isolation, and the environment. When we fail to change people, places, and things around us, it turns us back to the people we used to gig with, the places we used to go, and the things we used to do.
If you have tried all and failed and don’t know which way to go to change your life. Today's mindset is all about helping you get to the 15% of people who are able to achieve their goals by changing their lives. Life is built by what we do and don’t do. Whatever we lock in grows.
Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about the seven keys he has built his life around. They are also known as the seven areas of Kaizen or the seven wheels of life for constant improvement that you need to grow into every day.

Season Three: Breaking the Cycle
Character Development
So many of us assume that we grow automatically as we go through life. Emotional, character, and spiritual growth don't just happen as we get older. Growth is intentional, but sometimes we are forced into it by accidental situations that push us to learn how to fly in a deeper capacity, but this doesn’t always lead us to positive growth.
You have a choice to decide your path in life. Planning your world and getting clear on what you want will help you respond with clarity. Don’t wait for situations to push you, be intentional and bridge the gaps by identifying how you want to grow and taking action. Motivation to do great things comes after you start, so take action.
Join the conversation with your host, Jay Chase, as he shares more about character development and how to determine the height of your personal growth and development. You have greatness in you. You just have to extract it.
