Today's guest is Eric Reynolds, better known as Keto Five O. Eric served nearly two decades with the Boynton Beach Police Department before retiring in 2019. During his career, like so many officers, he battled the hidden costs of the profession—weight gain, chronic stress, heart disease, PTSD, and unhealthy coping habits. Rather than accepting that as "part of the job," he decided to completely change his life.

Today, Eric is a licensed sports nutritionist, certified personal trainer, founder of Keto Five O, and creator of the Cops and Campers program, where he helps first responders improve their physical and mental health through nutrition, movement, and community.

This isn't just a conversation about diet—it's about longevity, resilience, mental health, and giving first responders the tools to live healthier lives after years of taking care of everyone else.
