Steven M Kovacs (that slut, Matthew Broderick) is going through a hard time. He's recently moved out of the apartment he shared with longtime girlfriend, Robin (Leslie Mann) and has moved into a new place. Naturally he needs his utilities hooked up so buddy, Rick (Jack Black) suggests to bribe an extra 50 bones to get free cable. Enter The Cable Guy (Jim Carrey) who infiltrates Steven's life in a way that he finds nearly impossible to explain and almost destroys his life. Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund), child murderer, comes to thin lipped Tina (Amanda Wyss) with his wet face and knife glove in her nightmares, scaring her so badly she warns best friend, Nancy (Heather Langenkamp) who's had the same dream. Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) fits in, he's engaged to Evelyn (Reese Witherspoon), he's sleeping with Courtney (Samantha Mathis), keeps himself to a rigorous routine of self care, works on Wall St. with his fawning secretary, Jean (Chloe Sevigny).
Along with his associates Bryce (Justin Theroux), McDermott (Josh Lucas), VanPatten (Bill Sage) and that dork, Carruthers (Matt Ross) they lord over NYC and after hours, Patrick picks up ladies like "Christie" (Cara Seymour) and stabs them to death and plays around in their blood.
Soon Paul Allen (Jared Leto) becomes the object of Patrick's obsession, his world begins to fall apart when after Paul goes missing and private detective Don Kimball (Willem Dafoe) is hired to look into their world. Reality and fantasy merge and Patrick spirals into his personal nightmare in American Psycho, this week on Doom Generation.
The nightmare begins when Max Cady (Robert De Niro) is released from prison and follows his former defense attorney, Sam Bowden (Nick Nolte) to a small town and begins to stalk him, his wife, Leigh (Jessica Lange) and teenage daughter, Danielle (Juliette Lewis). After a poisoned dog, a beaten girlfriend (Ileana Douglas), and a break-in that results in the deaths of housekeeper and private dick, Claude Kersek (Joe Don Baker); the Bowdens take to their boat for a final showdown on the river in Cape Fear, this week on Doom Generation.

Legendary music producer, the mysterious Swan (Paul Williams) is searching high and low for the perfect sound to open up his ultimate Rock Palace. While holding auditions he hears it, Winslow Leach (William Finley) presents his epic cantata, Faust. With the help of his right hand man, Philbin (George Memmoli) Swan plots to steal the music away and give it to his own find The Juicy Fruits (Archie Hahn, Jeffrey Comanor, Harold Oblong) and sets Winslow up to be sent away to Sing Sing. Succeeding in sending Winslow away, Swan attempts to open The Paradise with stolen music, upon hearing this Winslow escapes on a rampage that ends with his head in a record press, disfiguring him. Believing he's dead, Swan again attempts a reopening this time with the Juicy Fruits as the Beach Bums who Winslow, now the Phantom, attacks again. In the following auditions, the Phantom insists upon Phoenix (Jessica Harper) is the only one who could be his voice and sells his soul to have his music heard, but Swan cannot tolerate perfection in anyone but himself so again he he searches for another to sing Faust when he finds...Beef (Graham Greene) who dies onstage performing a dead man's music at the hands of the Phantom. Since someone burned for her to sing, Phoenix takes the stage and takes her place beside Swan as his bride set for assassination on stage the following night.

While this is going on, at the docks a side show features strong man One (Ron Perlman) and his little brother, Denree (Joseph Lucien). In a possibly mob owned building in Chicago, Corky (Gina Gershon) fresh off of a prison stint, gets a job as a maintenance worker. It's in the elevator she sets eyes on Violet (Jennifer Tilly), scheming girlfriend of mobster, Ceasar (Joe Pantoliano). Things get damp when Violet loses an earring down the sink drain and calls Corky over to use her strong hands to retrieve it and while she's at it, use her strong hands to the brink of orgasm.
