Instead, the key to really using the power of the tension anxiety produces so we can hold onto our vision and tell the truth about current reality.
It's all about learning how to hold on to that tension and not react to the anxiety we may be feeling. In that way, we have the anxiety, but it does not have us in its reactive grip.
