Double P Podcasts

Bubba (@FittenTrim) watches the latest episode of new Oz "Emerald City" entitled "Science and Magic" but the episode was "Snoring and Tragic" - Help us The Beast Forever, you're our only hope!

This podcast is an experiment which might cause listeners hate as much as Bubba has for 'Emerald City.'

Shaking Stone Skilled Slyvie rocks the house: literally, Tip joins a brothel, Jack gets wound up, the Wizard meets his wig match, and Lucas want to iTouch Dorothy's heart.  Will the series honor the books of L. Frank Baum and the artwork of W.W. Denslow and John R. Neill?  No.

Catfish (@cjgman67) joins huge Ozian fan Bubba (@FittenTrim) as they enter the tornado of insanity known as Emerald City, episode 3 "Mistress - New - Mistress" very very very loosely based on the classic L. Frank Baum's OZ books.

The format of this podcast is an experiment: not live tweeting, but live podcasting as our heroes journey down the Yellow Brick Road.

What happens in this episode: "The Wizard sends guards to kill Dorothy. Meanwhile, the witches' power intensifies as the Wizard loses control; and Tip and Jack seek a cure in the City of Ev."

http://facebook.com/doubleppodcasts Dorothy and Lucas find out the Wizard's guards are coming to kill her; in Emerald City, the Wizard looks to his counsel for advisement as the witches show their power; Tip and Jack head to the city of Ev for a cure following a revelation.

Knock Knock, Who Cares? It's the debut of HateWatch as Bubba (@FittenTrim) watches 2 hours of new Oz action to see if he loves The Beast Forever or if watching the new fantasy television show is a Prison of the Abject on the Yellow Brick Road.

This podcast is an experiment which might cause listeners hate as much as Bubba has for 'Emerald City.'

The TV Guide episode description reads "A tornado occurs while Dorothy searches for her mother, and the storm transports Dorothy to a mystical land where a powerful ruler has outlawed magic in the series premiere of this dark, modern reimagining of "The Wizard of Oz.""Dorothy finds a soldier with amnesia and a man trying to help his best friend. Meanwhile, Glinda and West say good-bye to their fallen sister."

Toto is pissed, Tip is flipped, and Lucas is tripped up on his way to Dorothy's heart. Will the series honor the books of L. Frank Baum and the artwork of W.W. Denslow and John R. Neill? Not in The Wizard's beard!

Discuss at http://facebook.com/doubleppodcasts While looking for her mother, Dorothy Gale is swept up in a tornado and lands in a mystical world where the powerful ruler of a kingdom faces the wrath of witches and a mythical force. While trying to find a way home, Dorothy meets an amnesiac wounded soldier and a young man trying to free his best friend from a mysterious woman.

Join Bubba (@FittenTrim) and Big C (@Caroline1475) as they tackle the 8th story of The Boy Who Lived: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child!!!

We stay 'Spoiler Free' for the first 11 minutes, then break out into a full spoiler discussion of the play. Does the play work as text to read? Is it fan-fiction? If we had a Time Turner, would we prevent the book from coming out? Is Albus a great character or does he come across as a boring Muggle compared to Scorpius?
