Dear WLS
Mr Brotein - follow up on zenith zf5 malfunction. its always a failure to feed. and looks like the round is nose diving under the chamber. ive had the worst luck with fiochi 158 gr. but ive also had issues with lighter subsonic loads. all is suppressed by the way and ive tried multiple zenith mags. this malfunction usually happens in the last 4 rounds of the mag. Not sure if its ammo or mag related or maybe even both.
Holden Tudix - Since we can officially say the R word again, what is the casts opinion on RE-Loads. And No, not hand loads by retards, I mean carrying extra ammo. Does the cast carry extra loads? In their Fannies? In their (prison)Purses? If you like to keep an extra load in hand, where and how do you carry? Or do you think the 3/3/3 rule is true and don't need the extra hand-full of loads? NOTES- always pick up a penny on the ground no matter if its heads up or down....that's how you get Jues
A J - Hello, I'm at the point that I would like to build out a plate carrier vest for myself and my family but I do not know anything about the different brands that make them. What is the real difference between the $60 NCSTAR vest and the $400 uberleet tactical? I've heard the cast talk about there plate carriers but haven't heard much details on what you look for in your vest. What should I look for to find a quality vest? I don't mind spending money on a good quality item but don't want to fall into the trap of spending hundreds of dollars on items that turn out to be junk. At the end of the day Im looking for a vest to hold front and back plates plus a few AR and pistol mags. Thanks for any help
Chuck M - I don’t know much on guns but i see these ads for something called a shotgun pistol? What are we talking about? Are they really a thing and if so are they a good thing for a beginner?
Mike J - What would Nick’s life be like if he was never on We Like Shooting? He still likes guns and he still has the vast knowledge about them up until the point and maybe further if you guys think he would’ve continued his hobby of firearms. Would he be the same? Would he be an innocent Adventist what would have happened?
John W - recently purchased a Rossi 92 black in .44mag. going to set this up for pigs and white tail under 200yrds. Not going full space cowboy but modernized. definitely need a new suppressor and ammo storage. I'm thinking chocolate brown leather carry strap with shell holders. A short MLOK rail up front is a go, but those Liteweight buttstocks, are fucking hideous. at the moment, its sporting black factory furniture and an OD green cerakote job.just sharing my new build and looking for ideas. This lever action bug is a real thing, i love this fucking thing.End Of Line..PS, any new book recommendations?
Ryan Couldn't be a cop so now I am security - My neighbor just bought new 10.5" Diamondback AR pistol in 5.56. I know it's not top shelf, but at least it's not a Bear Creek and it was the right price at the right time for him. We took it to the range to zero his red dot and it would not cycle. No ejection, VERY light recoil, and the BCG was only moving rearward about an inch. We took a few more shots and discovered that if we really pulled the brace hard into our shoulder, it would sometimes eject but still wouldn't strip a new round from the magazine. As we were standing around fiddling with it, he starts unscrewing the castle nut with his fingers. I said, "That's not supposed to do that," so he tightened it back down as best he could. This gun is new, not used, so this was concerning. I then checked to see if the buffer tube was ev...
