thank you for listening♥
helloooo everyone! in this episode i get into the nitty gritty of the all or nothing mindset. it’s so easy to be hard on yourself and to forget to give yourself credit when you try. sometimes it’s easier to avoid trying in the first place so you don’t have to face the possibility of failing. either way, it’s no fun living life with such high stakes. this week i use the podcast as a therapeutic dumping ground for my thoughts about being afraid of failure, the value of trying, and advice on how to incorporate more balance into our lives.
happy friday everyone! this week on double text, i reflect on how the first two months of 2022 have been treating me, share my newest obsession with the magic that is ・゚*✧adaptogens✧*・゚, and dive into the importance of learning to let things go. i’ve been in a great mood lately and i really don’t want this to be a phase, so in true sophia fashion i’m breaking it down and thinking out loud for you all to tune into.
(this is the graph I’m referring to when i’m talking about adaptogens LOL https://www.humanistbeauty.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Adaptogen-Chart-1.jpg)

you can find Hala at @halakhalifeh on instagram! and check out her small business at halaballoo.shop
