Down The Hatch

Josh Wigler (@roundhoward) and Mike Bloom (@AMikeBloomType) conclude their search for "Missing Pieces."

The second of a two-part series between seasons three and four, Josh and Mike run down the "Missing Pieces" webisodes, ancillary LOST content that aired in 2007 and 2008. In this podcast, Josh and Mike go through the final six webisodes and determine which ones are "going to Guam" and which ones should be "killed with fire arrows." Plus, Mike investigates the LOST Magazine, and the duo look ahead toward season four!

Josh Wigler (@roundhoward) and Mike Bloom (@AMikeBloomType) had to go back, and now, here they are: "Through the Looking Glass," the legendary season three finale of LOST.

In "Through the Looking Glass," Jack Shephard puts it all on the line to save the survivors of Oceanic 815. The results are ... complicated. It's the end of the line for several characters, some more beloved than others, and the conclusion of the historic drama's first act. It's only fitting that Josh and Mike yammer on for over three hours about it all.

In "The Man Behind the Curtain," John Locke rejoins the Others and pushes Benjamin Linus for some answers. Careful what you wish for. In the past, we learn how Ben became the man we know him as in the present, and the answers are very bleak indeed. It's yet another all-time episode in what Josh and Mike believe is the best stretch of LOST. Hold onto your appendix!

Josh Wigler (@roundhoward) and Mike Bloom (@AMikeBloomType) debate a lot about "Catch-22," but there's no debating this: The Flash beats Superman in a foot race, no question.

In "Catch-22," the Superman versus Flash debate kicks off a visionary quest for Desmond and friends as a newcomer arrives on the island. Meanwhile, James "Sawyer" Ford reconnects with Kate and Jack, in very different ways. It's one of Josh's favorite episodes of "Lost." Then again, aren't they all?

Josh Wigler (@roundhoward) and Mike Bloom (@AMikeBloomType) chug some orange juice and dive straight into "One of Us."

In "One of Us," Juliet Burke once again stands front and center with her second ever flashback episode. We learn about Juliet's time on the island, both in the rearview mirror as well as in the present, as she tries to fit in with the greater Oceanic 815 group. It goes ... awkwardly.
