Original story, flat reader, again

The story is unusual, and works well with the local town of Salem, MA, which is described nicely throughout the book. However, the characters speak in stiff, almost formal sentences, and I found myself wondering if people actually express themselves this way. This was a problem I felt

throughout the first Carol J. Perry book, as well. What exaggerated this

issue was the expressionless reader, who also has a lisp....Not an enjoyable listen.

GREAT STORY

YOU WILL ENJOY THIS WRITER. GET BOTH OF HER BOOKS, AND YOU WILL BE ENTERTAINED. I WANT HER TO WRITE FASTER, ALTHOUGH I KNOW IT TAKES TIME.

Not As Good As The First

This one wasn't as good as the first. I'm not sure why, the core characters are there, and Lee continues to learn about her abilities. However, it seemed to lack something. It was still entertaining so I'm giving it 4 stars.

This book is an Amish pleasure! Absolutely entertaining the whole way through. GOD is mentioned throughout and lessons on how we can pray all our thoughts and concerns. I love that !!

This was a great story but one thing was not biblical. The Bible clearly states that if you have heard the gospel before and rejected Jesus Christ, after the rapture you will not be given a second chance like it is told in the story. You will believe the antichrist. Those who have not heard the gospel will have a chance to get saved during the tribulation. So please please please accept Christ now before it is too late!

Great Christian fiction with a very real message!

What did you love best about Out of a Dream?

Though it is a fictional story, the message of hope and deliverance are very real! Rosemary does a wonderful job of creating real life characters and situations, and developing them into a believable, engrossing story. For anyone looking for answers to questions about "new age" philosophies, this is an excellent resource to read and/or pass on.

I have read all the books so far in this series and was so delighted to be able to listen to the audio version. The reader did a great job!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Out of a Dream?

When Michelle finds the truth that she has been searching for for most of her life.

Have you listened to any of Becky Doughtys other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, but this one was excellent!

If you could take any character from Out of a Dream out to dinner, who would it be and why?

It would be Michelle's grandfather...I would love to hear him tell this story from his "bbehind the scenes" view of prayers, hearing God's voice and seeing the answers come.

An emotion and spiritual roller coaster.

Initially I didn't like the narrator's style of reading, but as I got engrossed in the storyline I noticed that she ceased to grate on me. Listening to this story was quite a different experience to physically reading the book (I had read this book quite a while before I listened to it). I found that I engaged better with the characters and emotions of the story.

A family and adventure that touches the heart...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely! This storyline can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. The writing and editing of the book, as well as the audiobook, is perfect. Having followed the McCutcheon Family since the beginning, this particular event filled book is the reason for such a solid foundation within the brothers and their loving care of Chastity, their "little" sister. Listening to their lives in audio brings even more feeling.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved Brandon's patience and kindness; his love for Chastity and his honor of the law. There is always room in the hearts of the Family for one more person. I also loved the fact that an injured Indian girl was welcome in Luke's home, no questions asked. The book has so many points of interest, it just fills you up.

What does Corey M. Snow bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?

Feeling, depth of the loving family and heart. His voice inflections are perfect.

Who was the most memorable character of Moon Over Montana: McCutcheon Family Series, Book 5 and why?

Luke! His love and dedication to family without forgetting his heritage is amazing. He is smart and patient without arrogance. I have to mention that I fell in love with Brandon all over again too. What a guy!

Good but not like Left Behind

I got this book seeking to find another series similar to the Left Behind Series. Although the book was well written and it was interesting, i did not connect to the characters as I have done in other books. Perhaps I was expecting too much comparing it to the other series. I would recommend friends to read but not to compare, as that's where I went wrong.

Excellent book a must read. I love the ending displaying we serve a Wonder Working God who's are delivers His children daily.
