The plot became very intricate the deeper the chapters until it became work to keep it all straight. I listen while I do mundane chores and found I had to re-listen to chapters to keep up. The romance was charming and warm but not the focus of the book.
The narrators did a good job with consistent voices but at times he spoke so fast that I actually looked at my output speed thinking I had it set faster than 1X.
The story was good, but it was to complicated to boost the total review to a 4.

I loved the narrators voice although I didn't always get the emotion I would except...timing was great and variations on voices excellent.
This is two romances in one... I actually liked both strong males...I am so tired of the 'manwhores' and enjoy men who are still sexual but discriminating...it means more. Also sick and tired of cheating when they are serious about a woman.
I liked the suspense and mystery in the story. It wasn't angsty so I was on edge...but an enjoyable listen....not incredible was worth the listen or read.
Not Sure About This
This book was given to me via audiobook boom in exchange for an unbiased review. There were a lot of characters and plot twist. Cole and Madaline are caught up in a battle with vicious mobsters. Too many changes occur as the story goes forward. It could be a good story if possible. The narrator was good though.
Liked It But Hard to Follow!
I enjoyed Nessa Connor's MC series, and was ready to dive right into the Seals of Honor; however, there were times I felt a little lost, and have to agree with the other reviews regarding the complexity. Normally, I love stories with multiple characters, POV's, and plot twists but due to the complexity, there were times I actually had to rewind the story to be sure I grasped what was being said or done.
Griffin Murphy did a great job with the narration. Normally listen to audiobooks at 1.25 the speed to reduce the long pause between words and sentences; however, with Mr. Murphy narrations, I was able to listen to the story at the normal speed. In addition to the quicker pace, Murphy used various tones, and inflections to convey the different emotions and characters.
I received this audio in exchange for an honest review, and overall storyline was good.
