But that isn't part of the plan - one that isolates them both in a Catskills mansion for six months. Pandora knows it won't be easy living with Michael, but the hardest thing of all might be not falling in love with the man!

Not Bad to Pass the Time
Would you listen to A Will and a Way again? Why?
I might, depending on my need to fill time before my next credit comes through.
    Any additional comments?
This story wasn't bad. But I had a HUGE problem with the way Michial and Pandora kept calling each other cousin, even after a romance budded between them. That's just weird for me. Also, the narration could have been better. Michial didn't sound right. He sounded as though he was mentally impaired.
    Not up to Nora's reputation.
Not up to Nora's standard. The story went on and on and on..... The voice of the male was hard to hear and fake.
    voice
only problem was Michael's voice. fingernails/chalkboard. I don't think I could ever have taken him seriously.
Same old female character type and endings
Michaels voice is phony and annoying
Female character is similar in personality in other books
    Plot too predictable
They always get married in the end
    Just what you'd expect
What did you like best about A Will and a Way? What did you like least?
The story is exactly what you expect from a short Nora Roberts novel, but that is why it is so good. The setting, characters and plot are something that you might imagine watching in an episode of Logan's Run.
What did you like best about this story?
The setting, beautiful mental images of a gorgeous, whimsical Catskills mansion.
What didnt you like about Christina Traisters performance?
Michael's voice as portrayed by the narrator was terrible. it was low, monotone and made him sound dopey and took away from any passion or emotion that was written into his lines. It made me want to pick up a paperback copy so i could finish the story with out the narrator!
Could you see A Will and a Way being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
I think sometimes stories are better appreciated in books than visually in movies or TV.

Hell Yeah! Totally love this story and the author.
Where does Hot on Her Trail - Sweeter Version rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?
Very close to the top of my list.
What did you like best about this story?
There was nothing in this story I did not like. So many thing I did from the mystery of who the father is to the love of this family for those around them.
What about Reid Kerrs performance did you like?
I loved his voice, it is smooth and sexy a voice you can listen to for hours.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
    You better believe it.
    Any additional comments?
I really love this series, Hot on Her Trail is some hot reading with tons of passion. If you listen to the audio the narrator will keep you taking deep breaths as he brings to life this wonderful hot mess of a read. It has just the right about of passion, caring with some wonderful characters that you wish you could be part of their family. The author pulls you in and the narrator takes you away.
Jacob has changed his ways, he use to be somewhat of a playboy but now he is ready to settle down and start a family. The only issue is he cant find that one woman who turns him on like no other that is until he finds a nude women in his barn. One look was all it took for him to know he found the women of his dreams. Now he has to get her on the same wave link as his thoughts so he can marry her. Is it love or lust at first sight?
Jessie has had a hard live, it is about to get harder. She is pregnant not knowing who the father is. A family hired her to have their baby, that didnt go as planned when they found out she was given the wrong sperm. She is off to find the real father of her baby, her baby needs a father and the father should know. She doesnt want anything from this family just wants to do what is right.
The question is how will Jacob take this news? Will the family of the child she should be having let her walk away? What will Jacobs family think of all this? Is it love or lust? Who is causing all the trouble around the ranch? So many question with not to many answers and time is running out.
She has her hands full from the start Jacob has his hands full trying to keep this little hot number. The author gives you and outstanding read or in this case a listen to. She puts just enough passion to keep you hook as she twists and turns her story. I bet you will be hooked from the first page I know I was. This is one book you do not want to put down. You will laugh so hard at the mess this family makes of their lifes as they fight against the clock to protect one of theirs own. You might want to keep a tissue handy on this listen I feel sure you will have tears in your eyes before you are done. Sable is an outstanding author who brings must to each of her pages with her smooth, humor, and her real life issues.

    Publisher's Summary:
From #1 New York Times best-selling author Nora Roberts comes a trilogy about the land were drawn to, the family we learn to cherish, and the people we long to love
Book Three of The Cousins ODwyer Trilogy, Blood Magick
County Mayo is rich in the traditions of Ireland, legends that Branna ODwyer fully embraces in her life and in her work as the proprietor of The Dark Witch shop, which carries soaps, lotions, and candles for tourists, made with Brannas special touch.
Brannas strength and selflessness hold together a close circle of friends and family - along with their horses and hawks and her beloved hound. But theres a single missing link in the chain of her life: love
She had it once - for a moment - with Finbar Burke, but a shared future is forbidden by history and blood. Which is why Fin has spent his life traveling the world to fill the abyss left in him by Branna, focusing on work rather than passion.
Branna and Fins relationship offers them both comfort and torment. And though they succumb to the heat between them, there can be no promises for tomorrow. A storm of shadows threatens everything that their circle holds dear. It will be Fins power, loyalty, and heart that will make all the difference in an age-old battle between the bonds that hold their friends together and the evil that has haunted their families for centuries.
Dont miss the first two books in the Cousins ODwyer Trilogy, Dark Witch and Shadow Spell

    Perfection!
What made the experience of listening to Blood Magick the most enjoyable?
    The narrator.
What about Susan Ericksens performance did you like?
.Much preferred Susan's performance over those of the previous two narrators in the series
In the previous audio books, Iona's character (to me) was only tolerable. Although a "bit" character in the Blood Magick, I actually liked Iona's character, not near as irritating as she she came across previously.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The cohesiveness within the circle of friends throughout their various struggles.
    Any additional comments?
Only that I wish Susan Ericksen had been narrator for the entire trilogy!
MUCH better narration than the first two.
Loved all three stories, but I suggest you read the first two for yourselves. The narration was spot on in this one. Drew me in and let me immerse myself in the tale, without being any kind of distraction.
    Want Katherine Kellgren
The book and characters are very much in tune with Nora Roberts and just as exciting with a climatic and exciting finish. But I must say I enjoyed the 1st book the most because of the narrator. I wouldn't mind listening to it again if it was read by Katherine Kellgren. I'm not saying that Susan Ericksen didn't do a great job it's just that the voices better suited KK more cause she did the first book.
    Ok
I enjoy all things Nora Roberts but I thought this entire series was very similar to her Sign of Seven trilogy.

    Publisher's Summary:
"You're pretty, for a fat girl."
That's nothing Claire Howard hasn't heard before, and there's part of her that doesn't care, that thinks it's okay to love herself just the way she is. Then there's that other voice in her head, the one that plays on a constant loop that gets louder whenever people scrutinize her dinner order, snicker when she needs a belt extender on a plane, and outright laugh when they see her with her the kind of man they don't think fat girls deserve. It reminds her that existing while fat is the worst thing in the world. It's worse than being ignorant, bigoted or cruel-at least according to society's standards. Even when she has the attentions of two men who are the embodiment of fantasy.
But it's not their love that matters, it's her own. Fat is a brand that's been seared into every aspect of her life-even her heart. Can Claire love herself enough to reach past the labels for her own happiness?
    Members Reviews:
    Story about a BBW
If you could sum up Fat in three words, what would they be?
I couldn't sum up in three words, it was that enjoyable on a topic that many wouldn't touch.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Fat?
There were many memorable moments, one one Claire realizes men do like big women, you don't have to be a size 4 to be loved and desired. Being a size 26 can do just as nicely and in this story Claire learns who she is and gets to be the woman she was meant to be.
Have you listened to any of Hollie Jacksons other performances before? How does this one compare?
Hollie Jackson was wonderful with all characters and emotions. I've heard her do other narrations and she was perfect for this story.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Overweight are always made to feel badly about themselves, especially women. Not everyone can be a size 6, nor can 5' 7". What this story tells you that labels really stink. Once you start, it's hard to stop. You never see the individual's personality only the label. So many relationships are lost because people can't see beyond stigma. This was a great story that touches on something in our society that should be addressed. No one should be made to feel badly for things they may not be able to help.
    Any additional comments?
I think this will be a great series, if they keep Ms Jackson as narrator, and depending on which labels they start to break down it will be exciting as well.
A thought-provoking story about love and self
Would you listen to Fat again? Why?
I loved this story from the moment it started. The performance was spot on and the intonation and depth given to the character by the narrator was superb.
What did you like best about this story?
It was sweet, sexy, funny and very relatable. We all have that insidious voice inside us that tries to knock us down and Claire's journey to self acceptance was believable.
What about Hollie Jacksons performance did you like?
She made it seem like Claire was a friend of mine, sitting on the end of my bed telling her story.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
    Absolutely
    Any additional comments?
I would recommend this book to my friends in a heartbeat.

One single mom. One chaotic family. One quirky stranger. One irresistible love story from the New York Times best-selling author of Me Before You.
American audiences have fallen in love with Jojo Moyes. Ever since she debuted stateside, she has captivated fans and reviewers alike, and hit the New York Times best-seller list with the word-of-mouth sensation, Me Before You. Now, with One Plus One, she's written another contemporary opposites-attract love story that reads like a modern-day Two for the Road.
Suppose your life sucks. A lot. Your husband has done a vanishing act, your teenage stepson is being bullied, and your math-whiz daughter has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you can't afford to pay for. That's Jess' life in a nutshell - until an unexpected knight-in-shining-armor offers to rescue them. Only Jess' knight turns out to be Geeky Ed, the obnoxious tech millionaire whose vacation home she happens to clean. But Ed has big problems of his own, and driving the dysfunctional family to the Math Olympiad feels like his first unselfish act in ages...maybe ever.
One Plus One is Jojo Moyes at her astounding best. You'll laugh, you'll weep, and when you hear the last page, you'll want to start all over again.
    Members Reviews:
Sometimes I need a book that is just fun to read.
One plus One by JoJo Moyers is in my opinion a very easy read or in my case easy listening. In this book I defiantly liked having .all the different narrators. I think it was the right decision on their part to have someone with a child's voice doing the part of the little girl Tansy and adults doing the adult parts. It took just a couple of minutes to get use to the British accents and I think they all did well.
Ed a wealthy nerd that has gotten into some trouble for unintentional insider trading .He is told to get out of town for a while by his lawyer and he ends up taking a road trip with Jess a single mother, her teenage step son, her 10 year old math wiz daughter Tansy and their great big slobbering dog. They need to get to Scotland for a math competition cause it looks like that is the only way Tansy will ever get into a school that is suited for her high intelligence. Jess seems to be stuck in Murphy's law cause if something can go wrong for her or her kids it does but Jess has such a good attitude about things working out.
JoJo Moyers has a very special talent to write about quirky people The story may be a little predictable but I ended up liking the characters so much that I just wanted the best for them. It is a very nice romantic story about people being right for each other. I am pretty sure that at some point I will listen or read this book again
I think I found my new favorite author
    I highly recommend this book!
The first book I ever read that had multiple points of view was "Disappearing Act" by Terry McMillian. I loved the story because I got to see the story from each persons point of view. There are FOUR points of view in this story. Each person - just as in life - has their own point of view, and their own life situations going on, and yet their story intersect, and the author did a great job in keeping me interested in the hardships.

    Members Reviews:
    "Listening" with Your Heart
First off, I have to applaud Colleen Hoover for creating the unconventional main character of Ridge who is strong, positive, talented and happens to be deaf.
I listened to this story critically because I am fluent in sign language and work with children who have a hearing loss. I was uncertain how authentic Ridge's character would be and I couldn't help but wonder how his hearing loss would be perceived by others who consider themselves deaf. I am sure there are varying responses and opinions to his musical abilities and ways in which he communicated. I'm remaining neutral because I believe Hoover created an exceptional and loveable character and his inability to hear makes him extraordinary. I don't think she intended for Ridge to be typical in any way.
Sydney's character started off a bit shaky for me. I know she found herself in circumstances that made her angry and that fueled her to be a bit irrational. Name calling and punching people was immature (to a degree) and I thought this might be something that continued throughout the novel. I'm happy to say that it didn't. There's a lot of wavering between right and wrong in her mind and I found myself appreciating the ways in which rationalized and justified her feelings and actions. It all made sense whether you liked it or not.
I'm usually not interested in novels that include a love triangle, but this story wasn't what I expected. It had a strong undercurrent of good morals and respect with a focus on the internal, not the external attractiveness of a person. The messages in this story are also good ones: "listening" to the heart, not needing to be a hero to a woman who is already a heroine, giving yourself freedom and time to be alone to figure out what is right, etc.
As with her previous books, Hoover writes with great levels of emotion, angst, and humor (loved the pranks) not to mention that addictive quality that makes her books un-put-down-able. She takes what could be very predictable and twists it into something that is unique and bittersweet.
A bonus to this novel is the fact that it has an original soundtrack. All those songs Ridge and Sydney wrote are actual songs by Griffin Peterson. While I didn't purchase the Maybe Someday album, I did listen to all the samples on iTunes and found them to be a very complimentary, sounding better than I imagined them in my own mind.

    This one.
    Members Reviews:
I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS REGENCY ROMP
This is the first of Tessa Dare's new Castles Ever After series and what a joy it was to listen to. When Isolde (Izzy) a plain 26 year old Spinster who had never even been kissed, found herself destitute after her famous Author of a Father died leaving all their wealth and her possessions to a heartless Cousin, she felt lost and alone. Then a letter came requesting she attend a meeting at Gostley Castle in Northumberland giving her hope that perhaps not everything was lost..... that is until she saw it and it's inhabitant.
Ranson, the handsome but scarred, Duke of Rothbury was dark, moody, formidable, not at all welcoming and knew nothing about the meeting. I don't want to give any of the delicious, well-written, emotional and thoroughly enjoyable storyline away which would rob you of your enjoyment as the twists, surprises, character histories and their budding relationship slowly unfurls but the more Ranson pushed her out, the more Izzy dug her heels in determined to stay so somehow they had to agree to a compromise.
This was a funny, sweet, sad, touching, tender, romantic love story that had a very likeable H and H, a handful of other interesting and colorful characters, a pet Ermine, a dilapidated Castle and a couple of swindling Solicitors. It was mainly focused on the H/H sizzling relationship and, as the fun filled passionate hours flew by, the feisty, resourceful, stubborn and optimistic Izzy soon saw underneath Ranson's bitter exterior to find just a man desperately needing to be shown tenderness and love. He still had the mind and body of a Rake and acted like it but it was Izzy's tenderness, kindness and body that finally got his heart beating again. There was passion, sex, witty banter and bickering as two lonely vulnerable misfits found friendship, love and a HEA that they never ever expected.
Worth a credit? If, like me, you love a good well written romance in all it's forms (fluffy, contemporary, paranormal etc) then you're going to LOVE this listen as I did but for any of you who are the 'must be historically correct' type of listener then give this one a pass. I, thankfully, loved, savoured and devoured it from the captivating opening Chapter until the very last word, I'm eagerly look forward to the next book in the series and found it VERY creditworthy.
Magic! Amazing! Entrancing! You get the idea!
This book was marvelous! I just love love love it! The story is so fun and there were totally Laugh Out Loud moments! There were also sincere and heartfelt, painfully beautiful moments. Imagine that Harry Potter were based off a real boy, and that boy (or girl in this case) was YOU.

With indifferent parents, Iona Sheehan grew up craving devotion and acceptance. From her maternal grandmother, she learned where to find both: a land of lush forests, dazzling lakes, and centuries-old legends. Ireland.

Not far from the luxurious castle where she is spending a week, she finds her cousins, Branna and Connor ODwyer. And since family is family, they invite her into their home and their lives.

    Gotta love/hate Nora Roberts
Would you listen to Dark Witch again? Why?
Maybe in a couple of years. The plot is already much too familiar - have I read/listened to this before?
What was most disappointing about Nora Robertss story?
Have I read/listened to this before? There is somethng about a good Nora Roberts book, but I didn't really find it here. I really like her style, and I really like her paranormal books. This one was cheating a little by using the familiar formula - but I guess that's the same as writing about all the members of a family or sci-fi all set on the same world so I'll accept it. It's a good thing she doesn't get into more descriptive sex - that's a weakness for her-one she avoided here by the G rating I'd give it.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Some of the narration was so good I was really sucked in. I loved the running off at the mouth main character - I talk too much when I'm nervous so it was fun and well done. Great accents and very easy (90% of the time) to tell the characters apart. Then she just got way too loud in the important or dramatic scenes. Tone down the drama and I'll give her 5 stars.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
not one particular moment - but Nora made Iona's lack of family background subtle and poignent (wish i could spell)
    Any additional comments?
Solid enjoyable read that was more that the sum of it's very weak parts. I'm not sure why, but I did enjoy it.
    Turn the volume down!
Would you listen to Dark Witch again? Why?
I am only half way through the audio book. I love the story but I have had to stop several times to rest my ear drums.

Night time is the right time.
Gwendolyn Kidd has met the man of her dreams. He's hot, he's sexy, and what started as a no-names-exchanged night of passion has blossomed into a year and a half-long pleasure fest. Sure, it's a little strange that he only appears in her bed at night, but Gwen is so sure he's the one, she just can't turn him away.
Hawk Delgado knows more about Gwen than she could ever imagine. She's gorgeous, headstrong, and skittish about relationships. But Hawk is facing his own demons, demons that keep him from connecting with anyone. Yet when Gwen is drawn into Denver's lethal underground scene, Hawk's protective nature comes out full force. The problem is, when Gwen gets a dose of Hawk's Alpha attitude in the daylight, she's not so sure he's the one anymore.

    Fan-freakin-tastic!!!!!
I totally fell all into this book. Alpha males all over the freaking place. Bad guys blowing up stuff, and a hero worthy of role in "An Officer and a Gentleman." Gwen was the bomb. A little dingy but in the best possible way, with a little "Sex In the City" thrown in. I have never seen an author pull off dingy without being annoying, but Kristen Ashley did. And girl!!! I either wanted to become one of her characters or to make them all a reality. One of the best books I have listened to period. And even though Hawk's secretary was only in the latter part of the book, she was my favorite character besides the H and H. I want a friend in my posse just like her.
Now on to Kate Russell......O.M.G.! I am soooooo totally in love with your voices. They made KA's character come alive for me. I had the biggest grin on my face. And the men sound totally yummy. Girl, when I heard the Hawk's secretary for the first time I spewed water out of my mouth! She was a hoot!!!!
Okay, if you have to ask is this worth a credit. STOP! Just go download the dang book!!!! :)
    Loved it ......Eventually !
This book was a exercise in perseverance for me. I didn't know the author and I hated it when I first started listening to it - didn't like the characters, didn't care for the narrator and the plot was ridiculous (a sibling being expected to pay off her sister's multi-million dollar debt). I decided to return it to Audible but it was late so I decided to listen to another 30 mins and return it in the morning. Well, 30 mins turned into 1 hour 30 mins and by the morning I had got to a funny part and wanted to find out what happened so I decided to give it another hour. After that some really great characters had shown up and I had to listen to some more because I really enjoyed them (I'm talking Elvyra especially here). And so it went on. Nine hours of listening later I had to admit I was hooked.
So, if you try this book and hate it - persevere. Once you get into the style and the characters and you've laughed out loud a few hundred times it is actually an absolute gem. I'm so glad I stuck with it.
Love Kristen Ashley, the narrator, not so much.
Where does Mystery Man rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?
    Pretty high.
