In this mind-blowing interview with Anna Crowle, you'll develop a deeper understanding of prolapse and a new way to describe it (as a pelvic organ shift or pull, rather than a "drop" or "fall"). I encourage you to LISTEN to our interview, and then watch the video version to learn even more!
Want EVEN MORE guidance? Check out our "Part Two" training which dives deeper into scar tissue release techniques (including for C-section scars), causes of tension, and self-treatment options. This "Part Two" training is available in the bonus content of my Lift program: https://www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/lift

Welcome! This is part two of a two-part series with somatic counselor and women's pelvic health expert Alicia Patterson. We discuss the layers of the pelvic floor and pelvic healing. The more superficial/surface layers represent boundaries that protect (and open or close to let things in and out)... The second layer is the levator ani muscle group; it's profoundly strong, foundational, and represents our identity + our story. The third layer is the cervix, which contains ancient information that's BEYOND our conscious "stories."
Pour yourself a cup of tea and settle in, as we discuss what all of this means!

Just like episode 34, here's another super personal installment! In this episode, I discuss the power of forgiveness and releasing deeply held fears and resentments. Healing "the forgiveness wound" (i.e. all of the open, gaping areas of my life for which self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others would be a balm) has been a big step on my personal self-healing journey!
If this conversation interests you, then Transcend, my next level of coaching, is for you. Transcend is ideal for women who have been through Lift (or a similar pelvic floor/core restoration program) and know that there's MORE to healing than exercise and lifestyle alone. If you're interested in going deeper and learning how to become your own inner healer, join the waiting list for the current (or next) round of this deeply supportive experience: https://www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/transcend

Are you getting enough "Vitamin P?" (Pleasure!) Whether or not you're dealing with pelvic pain, pleasure is an essential component of healing and it helps us ALL live our best lives. When we feel good, we do good!
In this super-informative interview with Nicole Guappone, you'll learn why sex doesn't have to involve intercourse or orgasm, products and toys that can help relieve pelvic pain, the difference between dilators and dildos, how to approach a sex toy shop, what to look for in a lube, how to use products for trigger point release, and so much more.
We keep the conversation real, but we also keep it clean and respectful. Regardless, you might want to listen with headphones if you're in a public setting.
Today's show is part two of a 3-part series about pelvic pain and tension! Please listen to episode 36 for part one, where Laura shares her story about how she resolved a nearly 15 year struggle with pelvic pain.
In this episode, I read a segment from my book, Lady Bits, that's specifically related to pelvic pain and dyspareunia (painful sex). You'll also learn what to expect during your first visit to a women's health physical therapist (pelvic floor physio).

In this episode I'm joined by Laura, who shares her very personal story of HOPE and healing. After almost 15 years of pelvic pain and constant visits to the doctor, she finally overcame her symptoms by unraveling pelvic tension — something she had never before considered. Laura shares her favorite stretches, how she committed to a daily stretching practice, all the ways her life has improved over the last year of dedicated stretching and release, and so much more! THANK YOU, Laura... Your story means the world to me, and I know it will uplift other women (and men) who are struggling and feeling frustrated right now.
