Dr. Donna Galante:

First, let me give you a little background about me. I have been in practice for over 28 years as an Orthodontist. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School in 1984 and continued for another 2 years to obtain my Specialty Certification in Orthodontics.

From 1986 until 1993, besides starting my own practice, I was an associate in another practice, and a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Pennsylvania, where I was twice voted “Instructor of the Year” by the orthodontic residents. In 1992 I became a Board Certified in Orthodontics, which is achieved by less than 25 percent of all orthodontists in the United States.

In 2009, my husband and I were chosen as America’s Premier Experts in Orthodontics and Invisalign. Together we have been interviewed by USA Today, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, and FOX News 40 in Sacramento about our expertise in growing our Orthodontic practice to one of the top 1% in revenue in the United States.

Author and Coach for Women in DentistryIn July 2009, I co-authored the book Big Ideas for Your Business, which quickly became a best-seller. In July 2010, the second book I co-authored with Brian Tracy, Power Principles for Success, became an Amazon National Best-Seller in less than one week!

Recently I published another book called, It’s All About Millimeters: How Small Changes Can Make A Big Impact In Your Business and Your Life, which helps both business owners and individuals achieve their goals using my “millimeter approach” that I outline in the book.

In an additional effort to share my knowledge and expertise, I offer keynote presentations for conferences, events, workshops, and seminars around the world. As a member of Align Technology’s Faculty I have spoken both Nationally and Internationally to doctors looking to achieve better results with their Invisalign™ cases.

Over the course of my career, I have started 6 practices from scratch, bought 4 pre-existing practices and sold 3 practices. The last 20 years, I have practiced with my husband and we currently have 2 children ages 16 and 18. I still practice full-time and yes my husband and I are in the office together seeing patients!
