Check out these 7 natural tips to kill parasites: https://drbrg.co/4rzAm6R

People often think parasites are something you only pick up in other countries, but parasites are more common in America than you might think.

Common parasites include tapeworms and roundworms. Fungi such as Candida can also behave parasitically, and even viruses depend on a host to survive and reproduce.

    Sources of parasites include:
    • Undercooked meat or fish
    • Contaminated water
    • Soil
    • Pets
    • Other people
    • Occupational exposure
    • Imported produce

Parasites can also be beneficial for your immune system. In areas where certain parasitic infections are less common, we tend to see higher rates of immune-related conditions like allergies and asthma.

Find out how clove water can support your health here: https://drbrg.co/4rfbZLq

Drinking cloves in coffee is one of the easiest ways to get the health benefits of cloves. Not only does it intensify the flavor of your coffee, but it can also provide significant health benefits.

Eugenol from cloves typically supports the upper portion of the digestive tract because the vast majority of this compound doesn’t make it past the liver. It can be beneficial against H. pylori because it survives stomach acid.

Research has shown that cloves have the following benefits:
    • Reduces dental pain
    • Has antimicrobial properties
    • Supports liver health
    • Has anti-inflammatory properties
    • Has antifungal properties
    • Fights ulcers

Coffee has its own benefits and supports healthy blood glucose levels.

When it comes to cloves, less is more. Around 1 to 3 cloves in your coffee is sufficient. To make clove coffee:
    1. Crush 1 clove.
    2. Add it to your coffee and wait 2 minutes.
    3. Drink!

  • Stop Waking Up at 3AM! How to Fall Back Asleep FAST

The real reason you may wake up around 3:00 a.m. could be connected to your liver and blood sugar. During the night, the brain depends heavily on fuel stored in the liver. If that fuel runs low, adrenaline can rise to mobilize more sugar, causing you to wake up in the middle of the night.

To help prevent waking up at 3:00 a.m.:
    • Stop eating about 4 hours before bed
    • Avoid late-night snacking
    • Get more choline from foods like egg yolks
    • Support healthy liver function

A healthier liver can help keep the brain supplied with fuel throughout the night and support deeper, more restful sleep.

If hot flashes and night sweats are just normal menopause symptoms, why do some women experience them before menopause, and others never experience them at all?

Hot flashes and night sweats are not the same. Hot flashes are related to the speed of a hormonal drop. A fast dip in estrogen can signal the hypothalamus, which has a thermostat that regulates body temperature. Stress can also contribute to hot flashes.

Genistein may be beneficial in blocking the receptors in the brain that trigger hot flashes and night sweats. Adequate magnesium levels are also important.

Night sweats can last significantly longer than hot flashes, sometimes lasting up to an hour. Night sweats often happen between 3 and 4 a.m. and are more related to blood sugar than hormones. Addressing blood sugar, avoiding snacking at night, following a low-carb diet, and practicing intermittent fasting can help.
