0:53 7 tips to help you lose stubborn belly fat
3:34 The number one tip to lose belly fat
4:17 Check out my new video about what and when to eat!

Today, I’m going to share 7 tips to help you lose belly fat. The average thin person has 58 times more stored fat than sugar. To transition into burning fat instead of sugar, you must lower insulin!

Check out these tips to help you burn more fat:

    • Consume 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water one to three times a day to help lower blood sugar and insulin.
    • Combine keto and intermittent fasting.
    • Start with a high-fat diet, but as you adapt, gradually reduce your fat intake to allow your body to burn your fat reserves for energy.
    • Lower stress and enhance your sleep.
    • Exercise in a fasting state.
    • Add more sea salt to your diet to reduce water weight.

Here is the number one tip to lose belly fat! Allow your body to determine your fasting pattern based on hunger. Don’t eat unless you’re hungry!

0:00 Introduction: Erythritol and heart attacks

    0:38 Is erythritol bad?
6:46 Learn more about how to support a healthy heart!

A new study on erythritol and heart attacks has been in the news and found its way to social media—let’s talk about it.

This study correlates erythritol in your blood to higher incidents of heart attacks and strokes. However, I see some serious problems with this study.

Here are four key points about this study:

    1. Correlation does not mean causation.

    2. This study was based on endogenous erythritol and did not measure dietary erythritol. The body makes endogenous erythritol.

    3. The body produces erythritol when you metabolize sugar, have oxidative stress or belly fat, or consume alcohol. The great majority of people in this study were in poor health, so how do we know erythritol was the problem?

    4. Other research has liked erythritol to many different health benefits.

Could it be that erythritol is increasing in the body to counter the bad effects of sugar? It seems to me that erythritol is something that’s trying to help you and not hurt you.

Sleep quality is just as important as the number of hours you sleep. Light, sound, air quality, temperature, and what you eat before bed all affect your sleep quality.

As you fall asleep, your core body temperature naturally drops by 2–3 degrees. Keeping your bedroom between 60–67°F can support this natural cooling process, making it easier to fall asleep and stay in a deep sleep.

Dim the lights 2–3 hours before bed, avoid blue light and LED lights in the evening, and eliminate small light sources in the bedroom. These simple changes can help improve sleep quality.

Snacking before bed can spike blood sugar and contribute to blood sugar fluctuations throughout the night, making it harder to get restorative sleep.

The benefits of deep sleep include better memory, improved brain waste removal, increased growth hormone, stronger immune function, and more stable blood sugar, all of which can help you stop waking up feeling tired.

0:27 Apple cider vinegar for blood sugar
2:50 What kind of apple cider vinegar should I take?
3:33 ACV for the dawn phenomenon
4:40 Learn about other things that help buffer spikes in blood sugar!

There are so many people with blood sugar issues. If you’re not already, you should consider adding apple cider vinegar (ACV) into your diet.

There are things that can improve your blood sugar levels that go beyond keto and fasting, and apple cider vinegar is one of them.

The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar gives a very potent anti-glycemic effect, even if you’re not doing keto. It can help buffer the food you eat to bring it lower on the glycemic index. This can help stabilize your blood sugar and insulin.

Any time you lower your glucose, you’re going to reduce insulin. Reducing insulin will help you:

    • Decrease fat on your liver
    • Lose weight
    • Decrease hunger
    • Decrease cravings

As far as the best apple cider vinegar to take, I like Fairchild’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

If your blood sugar is high in the morning even though you didn’t consume a lot of carbs the day before, this is known as the dawn phenomenon. If you experience this issue, try taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed into eight to twelve ounces of water before bed.

You can also try taking apple cider vinegar before your meal. Because apple cider is very acidic, drink it through a straw so it’s not exposed to your teeth.

  • Nighttime Behaviors that Speed Up Aging (And Cost Nothing to Fix)

These 7 dangerous nighttime habits can ruin your sleep and wreak havoc on your health. Stop making these nighttime routine mistakes! Get better sleep tonight by quitting these unhealthy night habits immediately.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: Avoid these habits that hurt sleep

2:22 Avoiding screens for better sleep
    4:28 Alcohol before sleep
    8:05 Avoid these before bed
10:05 More sleep equals better sleep

    1. Carbs and sugar before bed

Growth hormone rises at night, but is blunted by a rise in blood sugar. This hormone helps you burn fat, repair tissues, and build muscle mass. A massive blood sugar spike before bed can interfere with your sleep and cause grogginess, fatigue, cravings, and irritability the next day.

    2. Screens and lights before bed

Avoid lights and screens, especially those emitting blue light, for at least 2 hours before bed. Melatonin is suppressed by light. Not only does this powerful antioxidant help you sleep, but it’s more important than glutathione for detoxification and DNA repair. Blue light also suppresses deep delta wave sleep and REM sleep.

    3. Using alcohol to fall asleep

Alcohol tricks your body into falling asleep, but you’re not really sleeping: your body is working to detoxify alcohol. Alcohol increases cortisol and adrenaline, and depletes electrolytes. It also depletes vitamin B1, which can cause anxiety and nervous tension the next day. Instead of alcohol, try magnesium glycinate in warm water or kombucha tea.

    4. Late-night junk food

Junk foods typically contain seed oils, which are inflammatory and hard on the gallbladder. If you’re craving salty food before bed, try putting a small amount of sea salt in your mouth or adding more salt to your dinner.

    5. Antihistamines or sleeping pills before bed

Sedated, artificial sleep does not leave you feeling rejuvenated and rested in the morning. People often feel less focused with decreased concentration and memory. You may eventually need more of the drug to create the same effect.

    6. Sleeping next to your cell phone

Your cell phone and charging cable both emit electromagnetic fields (EMFs), which can negatively impact your brain and sleep cycles. EMFs also interfere with melatonin. Keep your cell phone on airplane mode or away from your body when you’re sleeping.

    7. Sleep deprivation

Sleep deprivation can make sleep more difficult in itself. You need at least 7 hours of sleep each night. Try to get to sleep at 10:00 p.m. each night, or 11:00 p.m. at the latest.

  • Avoid Eating Peanut Butter Until You See This!

Learn how to choose the healthiest peanuts and peanut butter to avoid additives and ingredients that can be damaging to your health.

    0:00 Introduction: Are peanuts healthy?

    0:51 Conventional peanuts
    1:29 Peanuts and glyphosate
2:01 Hydrogenated oils vs. partially hydrogenated oils
    2:50 Monoglycerides
3:12 What is the healthiest peanut butter?

In this video, I’m going to tell you about the healthiest peanut butter. Peanuts don't typically cause health issues, but they can cause bloating for some people, and it's still important to consume the right peanuts.

Peanuts are not nuts—they are legumes that grow in the soil. Conventional peanuts are heavily sprayed with pesticides and fungicides, which seep into the soil and penetrate their thin shells. This is why you should always choose organic peanuts and peanut butter.

Glyphosate is also commonly found in peanuts. Glyphosate can act as an antibiotic and is found in many GMO foods.

Always read the label on your peanut butter and ensure it doesn't contain hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated vegetable oils don’t actually come from vegetables at all—they’re seed oils! Also, avoid peanut butter with added sugar.

Monoglycerides are sometimes added to peanut butter. A French study linked this ingredient to cancer and found that it can increase the risk of certain cancers by 46%.

Look for peanut butter that only contains peanuts and salt. Organic Valencia peanut butter that contains only Valencia peanuts and sea salt is the best option. Valencia peanuts contain the least amount of aflatoxins. Aflatoxins come from mold and can be very damaging to the liver.

Try to have your peanuts with a meal rather than as a snack to avoid spiking insulin.
