We live in a world of narcissism. We try our best not to have self-important people on the show, and today we succeeded. Dr. Pol works in an industry where you don't have a lot of time for Twitter or Instagram because you're too busy saving lives. Mark takes a more hands-on approach and explicitly calls narcissism out, something we often do.
