Dr. Marty Makary, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine & School of Public Health Professor, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss and update the performance of our country during COVID. Dr. Marty recently added a new amendment to his New York Times bestselling book, The Price We Pay, focusing directly on Coronavirus and the governmental response to the pandemic. Dom and Dr. Marty first discuss the origin of Coronavirus after Dr. Fauci made headlines over the weekend for admitting that he’d like to see an investigation into the origin of the virus. This turns into a conversation of Senator Rand Paul’s stance on investigating the virus, after he was lambasted both by Fauci and the media for questioning the origin of the virus.
