Hartmann, MD, DLFAPA is a renowned physician dual board-certified in Family Medicine and Psychiatry, whose five-decade career has bridged clinical care, academic leadership, and psychiatric innovation. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at the renowned Sheppard Pratt Hospital, affiliated with Johns Hopkins University. The recipient of multiple clinical and academic awards, Dr. Hartmann is also a graduate of Harvard Medical School's Media and Medicine program, where he explored narrative as a tool for healing and advocacy in modern medicine.
