In this week's episode, Casey Scott and Dr. Matt Woolley are joined by Dr. Rod Gardner, DDS to talk about how he began to experience anxiety at a very young age and how it led to him being self-conscious about himself growing up. Rod also recalls the first time he tried alcohol and how he immediately felt like it would fix his anxiety.

Then he talks about having his first child with his wife and his decision to become a dentist. Rod also describes how his anxiety began to flare up during graduate school.
