Several questions will be answered. What is neurogenic detrusor overactivity, and can it be a serious condition? What is the standard diagnostic workup of a patient in whom we suspect neurogenic detrusor overactivity? What is the first line treatment of neurogenic detrusor overactivity? What are the second- and third-line treatments? And lastly, how should patients with neurogenic detrusor overactivity be followed up, and by whom?
