Ms. Allen says that after a brief affair with Mr. Childs, she discovered she was pregnant with her daughter, Ms. Baylor. She says Mr. Childs acknowledged paternity until his wife convinced him otherwise. She intends to prove that Mr. Childs is the father. Mr. Childs admits to the affair but says Ms. Allen was involved with other men at the time of conception. He and his wife are here to contend that he is not the father.
