Ever look at someone in a crane and think 'God, I'd love a go'. We all have our secret dreams of things we'd like to try just once. For Dave, it's driving a digger and thanks to John Kelly and the gang at the National Construction Training Centre, we're making it a reality.

But he's not the only one with a dream. We heard from people all around Ireland who would love a go at everything from tattooing to pulling pints and even being a radio host.
