  • Dry Fasting Club Motivations 2 - Holidays and Fasting

The holidays are a tough time for people to fast or refeed. Family members are notorious for their disregard for your healing journey. Don't get mad, just do your best to prepare both mentally, and with good strategic planning. Sometimes you should plan to fast AROUND holidays so that you are able to partake without guilt during these hard times. If you do end up getting seduced remember this one tip: Try to pick the healthiest food and eat smaller portions and chew very carefully! Good luck!

People usually confuse ketosis with ketoacidosis. Fat is oxidized during both ketoacidosis and ketosis, since it creates ketones. Very simply put, ketone production creates acidity. Ketoacidosis usually occurs with diabetics because of low insulin levels. This is a very dangerous situation. Diabetic ketoacidosis basically means that you have a high amount of ketones AND high amounts of sugar circulating in the body. Ketosis, on the other hand, occurs when there’s very little sugar circulating in the blood for an extended period of time, which triggers ketone production as well. Both of these create an acidic environment that ramps up. Even though there are probably lots of different mechanisms at play, it seems that the circulating sugar in this situation, is the biggest reason for the danger. Ketosis is viewed as relatively safe, whereas ketoacidosis is dangerous. Ketosis allows the body to create a very good buffer system, where the acid and alkaline environment is very well balanced.

The biggest permanent improvement I had (rivaling the ivermectin improvement), was a 7-day water fast. But because my body was weak, it was extremely hard to fast. It felt nearly impossible to go longer than 3 days. However, somehow I was able to do it at one point, and it got rid of my chronic migraines. But eventually, I was able to attempt dry fasting. Dry fasting was amazing. I could not believe that I did not have the hunger pangs that I associated with the first few days of a water fast. I also could not believe how quickly my body felt improved. I felt better within the first 24 hours, due to the absolutely insane anti-inflammatory effects that dry fasting has on the body. My first dry fast was 4.5 days. I refed decently, but not as well as I would have now, I probably stopped refeeding correctly on day 3, but even then I was eating too much anyways. Regardless, after a few days post-fast, I started to have the energy to jump out of bed in the morning. I could cry from happiness.   [email protected]  website: https://dryfastingclub.com Discord link: https://discord.gg/yHUhW2Wjc7

  • Dry Fasting Club Episode 2: Refeeding after a dry fast

Why even talk about refeeding so early on in the podcast episodes?

I think that a lot of people who come across this podcast will be right in the middle of a dry fast. Whether you’ve extended water fasted or dry fasted, you know that most of your fasting research happens DURING the fast. I think we’re all aware that as you’re twiddling your thumbs thinking about food, you LOVE to just plop yourself down in front of your phone or computer screen, and start trying to prove to yourself, that this torture you’re going through, is worth it. I mean we’ve all done it! and that, is my reasoning to touch on this topic earlier rather than later. If you’re fasting and nearing the end, the refeed is your next step. And arguably, its going to be your most important step. Not only is it going to be your next step, it’s going to most likely be cut too short or not done correctly. From people’s experiences, I’m aware that most people don’t view the refeed as being THAT important. You constantly hear people try to break it gently, but instead of continuing over a few days, they’ll just go straight to meat and eggs. Sometimes still on the first day! Nothing wrong with meat and eggs when it comes to a nutritional stand point, and I know many athletes that have wandered into the world of fasting that love a good steak, but it’s important to remember that meat is very heavy on the digestive system. What I mean by this is that meat stays in your digestive system longer than most other foods. The protein contained in meat (especially red meat due to fat content) is harder for our body to break down, and this can cause bloating. A good way to remember which meat is easier to digest is to remember that the low fat meat will be the easiest to digest and absorb. So leaner cuts will be broken down faster than ones with lots of gristle.

  • Dry Fasting Club Episode 01: Welcome to the world of dry fasting

Welcome to the Dry Fasting Club and the beautiful world of dry fasting, I’m Yannick Wolfe and I hope to be able to guide you on your dry fasting journey. Before we continue, it’s important to note that the information provided here is done to the best of my knowledge and research, however, it should never be taken as medical advice. You should always speak to a medical professional about your decision to attempt fasting in the first place. Please treat this information as entertainment only.

Dry fasting is superior to water fasting in these main areas:

Speed of healing and strength of healing

Smaller toxin load, metabolic water vs dead water vs deuterium (heavy water)

No extra treatments or preparations are necessary

Weight loss speeds up and stays off

Skin improvement and stronger anti-aging effect
