Scottish Parliament held a debate on alcohol and other drug deaths

October 29. We hear remarks by Maree Todd, a Member of the Scottish

Parliament and Scotland\'s Minister for Mental Wellbeing, Public

Health, Sport, Alcohol and Drugs; Jackie Baillie, MSP; and Jack

Middleton, MSP.
