United States Navy BMC James Williams is generally regarded as the most decorated enlisted man in US Naval history.  He would enlist in the Navy at the age of 16 and exhibited courage and valor in the midst of some of the most heavy river warfare during the Vietnam War.  He was awarded the Medal of Honor for his command of the PBR-105 during the Vietnam War, and I am honored to tell you his story.
