When a group of highly-educated, highly-dedicated friends decided to hike Kholat Syakhl they never would have guessed the turn their well-thought-out plan would take. What the Russian Government would label as death due to "hypothermia" has been in question for some time. What in those mountains could have caused their strange and violent injuries, which could lie beyond human understanding?
