In November of last year I launched my 4 factor dividend growth portfolio built on a modified SCHD stock selection process. The portfolio got off to a nice start, outpacing the S&P 500 by 7.66% in November. In December it added 0.28% to this outperformance. January thus far is also looking pretty strong with more alpha being added. I really like this dividend growth stock selection process and I'm excited to see what this portfolio can deliver during its first year. I hope you enjoy the review.
