The young newlywed, Mary Shotwell Little, bought groceries for a dinner party the next evening to welcome her husband back from an out-of-town work trip. She then had dinner and went shopping with a coworker in Atlanta’s Lennox Square Shopping Center. The two women parted ways in the parking lot around 8pm on October 14th, 1965.
