In France, immigrants and their children represent 1/5th of the population. It’s true that the country has a long history of immigration that started in the XIXth century.

Several times, France had to seek foreign workers to rebuild itself after the two world wars and to support its economy. But did the country give these people the chance to integrate with the rest of the society?
