As usual Peter and Mark look at significant legal cases taken from the Decisis.ie casebook.

The first case on this episode involves that of a school principal at a Gaelscoil, and a disciplinary matter dating back to 2009, with claims of a board of management being 'motivated by animus' or a vendetta.

The second case involves a European Arrest Warrant and should an accused, who had served a sentence in Ireland, be sent to Portugal to serve a sentence there for a separate crime.
