THE PICKLE JAR is built on positive energy and empowering each of us to take a charge of our quality of life....but the truth is...even PICKLE has a bad day...and yesterday was mine.

Well...this pickle was not happy last night.  Off to the ER again, potassium running on the high side of normal....she was PISSED OFF...tired of dealing with her health and feeling like a burden.

This is the reality of living with a chronic illness...some days you just have had enough...last night this pickle had enough!!!  

Today is a new day...time to refocus...time to MOVE FORWARD!
