Dealing with Adrenal Insufficiency is mentally EXHAUSTING...years ago I finally acknowledged my ADDISON'S DISEASE was getting more unmanageable not because of the illness but because of the toxic people in my life.

A long journey of self-love began, eventually leading me to a BEAUTIFUL LIFE.  Yesterday on the 18th year anniversary of my dad passing from adrenal crisis I experienced a BEAUTIFUL moment with a strange that I will always cherish.

Learning to love myself unconditionally (and still working on it) has been one of the best gifts I was given in life.
