Welcome to the PICKLE JAR.  Let's celebrate RARE DISEASE DAY and Jill shares an update on her journey with her RARE disease Addison's Disease.  March is gearing up to be a month of medical appointments and tests.  BLOOD WORK, ENDOCRINOLOGIST, 2-MRI, ELECTROLYTES, PHYSIO, CHIRO just to name a few.

Jill is REVED up and ready to EMPOWER her quality of life through strength training. She knows the LOW CORTISOL freight train is going to run her over and likely back up over her several times.  She is going to take small steps, listen to her body and set a routine to help her reach her goals.  Her theme song "St. EMLO'S FIRE" is ready to play loud and clear to remind her to "PLAY THE GAME. YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T QUIT UNTIL IT IS WON".  Listen to this episode to learn why this song is emotionally moving and inspiring for Jill.
