When we go through a season of change, it can be disorienting and stressful. Trust me I know this because my life is doing a complete 180 right now, from moving to a new state, saying goodbye to people I'll likely never see again, ending several jobs, to beginning training for an ironman triathlon. I have a lot going on right now.
Like many of you, I've been here before and picked up some tricks to help make the change smoother and less stressful. Listen in and hear my three tips to get the most out of a season of change and to not lose your head while you're at it.
In today's episode, I will tell you about a few lessons I learned from running around and getting muddy last weekend at a Tough Mudder Race.
Mudder Nation is great at two things, pushing you to do hard things, and driving teamwork into the events they run. Everyone on the course is your teammate. Whether you know them or not. Whether you run the race with a team of 20 or solo, you have hundreds of teammates on the course to help you. It's the same in life. We are all trying to live the best life we can and get as far as we can. But to reach our full potential, we need help from others. We cannot do it ourselves. Now more than ever we need teamwork. We need people lifting other people up. We need people showing off their strength by lifting up others. That's the call to action, Be the stronger person and lend a helping hand to someone in need.
If you found today's episode helpful, thought-provoking, or thought I did a good job, please share it with people you know and help the show grow. On the same note if today's information was useful, implement it into your own life and get better. That is the whole point of the podcast, giving you information to help you earn a good day.
If you're interested in training, nutrition consultation, or a combination of the two, DM me @conati_fit on IG or email me a [email protected]. Also reach out to discuss today's topic, ask questions, give feedback, or suggest topics for future episodes.
As leaders how do we bring out the best versions of our employees/followers? How do we solve problems most creatively? What do w need to change as leaders to help bring out this creativity?
Since we are all leaders in one way or another, by giving people the space and support so that failure is not the end all be all result, but a needed step along the way, we can bring out the most creative version of that person. Everyone is creative in their unique way. When leaders can help that person bring about that creativity, we may be surprised to find that that person has a better way of doing things than we have been doing thus far.
Next time someone asks you how to do something, listen to General Patton, "Never tell someone HOW to do something, but WHAT to do, and be amazed by their ingenuity."
How did you Earn YOur Good Day today?

Part of living a good life and having a good day is to feel good about yourself and how you look. What we wear says a lot about us. How we feel about ourselves, how we choose to express ourselves, what message we want to send to the world, how much we care, and so much more.
Dressing to impress does not mean wearing your fanciest clothes all the time, but being well put together and presenting the best version of yourself to the world. Present your best self daily and see how much better you feel about life!
Do you ever find yourself pushing yourself to achieve all of your goals, getting on a new nutrition or workout plan just to have your mind tell you it's not worth it once the initial motivation wears off? Sometimes it is not our body or lifestyle that is our biggest enemy when it comes to completing new goals, but our internal dialog. Similar to the episode a couple of weeks ago, change around just a word can have a tremendous impact on our willingness to drive through, suffer, and push to get the results we so desperately crave.
Tune in to see what that word is and how I have struggled and succeeded in using this one trick.
If you have questions, comments, or would like to discuss this topic further or even have ideas for future episodes, DM me on IG @Conati_fit. There you can also inquire about any training or nutrition plans and coaching I offer.

What there is a lack of, is people putting into play the work necessary to improve their lives. Also feel free to share this on social media, or have a conversation about it. I rely on word of mouth to grow the podcast and would love it if you wanted to help me grow the show.
Today is all about preparedness and how, either being prepared or not, can have drastic differences in the outcomes. We also end the discussion with a simple way to be more prepared daily so the rest of your day is less stressful.

Words have meaning and they have power. Not only when we speak with ourselves, but when we have a dialogue with another person. Today we dive into the subject matter of how to change the narrative of ourself talk through awareness and honesty, being more aware of the impact our words have on others and end the episode with how to have a thicker skin when being spoken to.
If you find this information useful or valuable please share it on social media and with your friends. Secondly, please use any of the valuable information in the show to better your life. I created this show to have a positive impact, however that only happens when people use the information available and presented to them.

If you ever have a lack of confidence, belief in yourself, grit, the resolve to get things done no matter what, and just some more resilience in your life there is a program that gets you all of it. It is the LiveHARD and 75Hard programs created by Andy Frisella.
I completed LiveHARD just over a week ago and I can tell you it has made a world of impact on me. This podcast would not exist without this program.
In today's episode, I talk to you about my experience with the program, some lessons I learned along the way as well as the struggles I faced during it.
If you have any comments or wish to discuss this episode, future episodes, or just have questions overall feel free to send me a DM on Instagram @Conati_fit.

Welp, I messed up a bit last episode on a rather important part of the episode. I admit it, don't like that I did it at all, but will be better in the future to ensure it does not happen again. Also, listen to how I think through taking the criticism that inspired this episode.
Getting better one day and one step at a time. That is just life I spose.
Do you have children? Do you want to have children in the future? Have you or someone you know been a victim of rape and gotten pregnant? Are you a man who has a child on the way?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to listen to this episode and pay attention, as what we will be talking about directly impacts you and your future.
That is the Supreme Court case of Roe v. Wade that may or may not be overturned in the coming future.
We will be discussing the history of the original case, previous times it has been challenged, what could happen if the case is overturned, as well as a topic not often talked about. The man's role in pregnancy and his say in whether abortion should happen or not.
If you enjoyed this episode, found it interesting, useful, thought-provoking, or think someone should hear it, please share it to people you know and are around.
If you have questions, comments, or thoughts for future episodes or would like to discuss this episode, DM me on Instagram @conati_fit, or email me at [email protected].
I also provide nutritional counseling and personal training services if you are looking to better your life and get healthier, stronger, and more confident.
