Now that I’m on the other side of food freedom, I’ve seen the opposite is true. Pleasure is the solution ― not the problem. The problem is when we keep eating to the point where pleasure turns into discomfort or pain.
When you learn to eat for enjoyment, pleasure, and satisfaction, it helps the binges go away on their own, without your willpower or any kind of force to try to stop eating.
