  • 027 : Bryan Young - Segmented - Outsourced - Seven Figure business model that is growing 4X

Bryan is a very sharp businessman and a great family Man who has taken a foundational corporate approach to training and outsourcing that has brought him incredible success and significant growth (4X) this year. He walks us through his start, his Aha moment ("Taste of this incredible Amazon thing"), and his step-by-step approach to outsourcing his business in a win-win model. His use of business segments, training manuals, training videos, Facebook Private Groups has allowed him to create a model where process is driving his incredible success. We discuss profit-sharing, draw versus commission plans and detailed expense tracking. We spend some time discussing the lack of true Entrepreneurial spirit missing from many sellers, not that there is not a place for this, rather that if you really want to have a Hands-off Passive Income Stream business, you need to replace yourself. Bryan walks us through how he has been able to do just that!

  • 026 : Michael Markuson – Amazon + Ebay + Bonanza = Maximizing formula for Success
Michael & Sheri Markuson really struck me with their knowledge and more importantly they way the addressed each other. I could tell they are a couple ( clearly a couple of Entrepreneurs). We struck up a conversation and when he mentioned the way they are using Bonanza (Yes it still exists) to add 150 additional sales this year, I realized I need to interview Michael. In this interview we talk about moving from a warehouse job into Ebay, then Amazon and eventually adding Bonanza. I think this is a great thing for Amazon sellers to consider, learning how to sell your Amazon items on other channels gets you the experience now, ready as other (yet -to-be-created) channels come on line. Michael mentioned:

    Jim Cockrum's Proven Amazon Course,

    Bonanza

Chris Green & Jason T Smith Ebay vs Amazon Youtube episodes

    Quotables:

"If you do not have a goal, you will NOT get there"

    Golden Nuggets:

Have a "B" plan, start an Ebay account NOW, sell enough to get past their limits so if you need to liquidate inventory.

Opening a Bonanza account costs nothing but time, no fees until you sell an item.

  • 024 : R-E-A Sheinbein – Taking Time Management and Outsourcing Step-by-Step to new Levels
R-E-A got his start buying from Ebay and selling on Yahoo auctions. (Remember them?) We spend time going through his progression (kind of natural progression) from Ebay to Amazon and then to FBA. R-E-A spends much of his time focusing on outsourcing, right-sizing, and paying attention to what matters for him: he sees this as a side-hustle. With a large family, a taxing-important job, he has found a way to bring others into the business to do the day-to-day work so he can keep his perspective. He has mastered the time-management formula by outsourcing: Sourcing, Buying, Prep & Ship. He is not touching the product and yet is levels over most sellers. He talks about how he has been able to focus.

    R-E-A mentioned:

    Pareto principle

The Pareto principle (also known as the 80–20 rule, the law of the vital few, and the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. It is a common rule of thumb in business; e.g., "80% of your sales come from 20% of your clients."
