In this episode, I chat with my colleague and good friend, Chad Belford. This is the first time in almost two years that I have sat down with a guest in person to break bread and chat on the show. We wrap up 2021 on a personal and professional level and announce our TOTY (Tool Of The Year) for 2021, as well as an honorable mention. It's a great episode with even better in-person energy and vibes. This episode started at First Watch over some good eats and had to be moved to his dining room because of noise issues. Regardless, this conversation happened because two great people broke bread together. Buen provecho!

Connect With Gabriel CarrilloIn this episode, I chat with previous Roxi Thompson to look at how coaching was redefined during the pandemic. We reflect on our jobs as educational coaches a year later and examine what we learned and how we will move forward with these new skills. We connected during our lunch times so what better food to share virtually during lunch than a good sandwich! It's a great episode that any instructional or edtech coach can learn from and more importantly, use as a means as a reflection. So grab yourself a sandwich and give this episode a listen. Buen provecho!

Connect With Roxi ThompsonIn this episode, I chat with previous guests Brianna Hodges, Carl Hooker, and Thomas Murray. We each have chicken wings and the same 5 sauces. After asking each of my 5 questions, we douse a wing with a specific hot sauce and answer in a round table manner. As we go through each question, the sauces get a bit hotter. This is a great conversation that could have gone for a lot longer than it actually did. This has been an interesting school year that taught us MANY things and this is exactly what we cover. Buen provecho!
