Welcome to a guided meditation for managing parental guilt. We'd like to say it's a meditation for removing parental guilt, but that's probably not an achievable goal. As parents, we strive to do what is best for our kids, but we are human beings, and we aren't perfect. We are going to make mistakes. Period. We are going to feel guilty about those mistakes. Period. But, we can work to learn from our mistakes, and manage the guilt we feel.
