This is part 1 of the 7 part Productivity Series. Each week we are going to tap for an emotional block to taking action. Check out the full series.
It is difficult to take action when we don't have a clear vision for exactly what we want. When we are unclear we have to deal with both practical and emotional blocks to taking action.
On a practical level it is difficult to take action where we don't know what because we aren't exactly sure what is the best action. A clear vision create a tangible goal, which leads to concrete steps to take and the order to take them. Without that we can struggle to know what the best most constructive actions are.
On a subconscious level we prevent ourselves from taking action as a way of saving energy and effort. When we don't have a clear vision the subconscious worries that we might choose to take a action that isn't useful. It see that we don't know exactly what we want and know that any action we take is just a guess as to if it is a useful action. Therefore the subconscious prevents us from taking any action as way of making sure we don't to the wrong action.
In this week's tap-along audio (and tapping script found below) we tap for being able to take action when we don't know exactly what we are moving towards.
